Well, the chick grew up into a chicken, but you’re still not sure how the egg got into that cave...

Having been hatched and raised amongst dragons, Koshimizu has no idea that she is a little different from the others. She puts the fact down that she is even smaller than the undersized mints to a bad diet and hormone problems. She is always trying to bulk herself up more and trying to find ways to include more iron in her diet, as for some reason she can not stomach the taste of meat.

Her futile attempts to roar and breathe fire are a source of amusement to her scaled family, but they are very fond of her and omit telling her truth about her differences. Even the local villages, after a couple of buildings were knocked down and a few fields set alight, hastily agreed that Koshimizu is not only a dragon, but is in fact the most dragon-like dragon they have ever seen and should never be referred to as otherwise.  

Koshimizu has an enormous crush on Whyte, but has not told him. Somewhere at the back of her mind she has a feeling that it would never work out between them.
