Storm Dragons are the masters of the skies. They are excellent fliers and land only to rest and eat. In addition, they have full control of the weather. They are very hot-tempered and easily angered. They will attack any human that bothers them, conjuring strong winds and dangerous lightning.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Much like his namesake, Richard Prime is, above all else, an agent for chaos. He delights in sowing confusion and leaving a horrible gory trail behind him as he travels. Ever since he was hatched, he has been a wanderer, though he does take a basic interest in his nestmates and will return regularly to check on them. Outside of his brothers and sisters of the nest, however, he won't hesitate to maim, slaughter, or Rick Roll any being he may stumble across, especially if the circumstances are ideal for a comedic effect. He has sometimes been seen traveling with a small brown rabbit in tow, for reasons unknown and probably best left unexplained.

His relationship with the Keeper is situational. Sometimes, if she comes to visit when he is in, he won't even glance at her. Other times, he will greet her with a song-and-dance routine. At still others, he will attempt to rain fiery, icy, weather-themed doom upon her head. The Keeper takes all this to mean he likes her well enough.
