Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Utterly violent from birth, Small Chaos is an out of control dragon. Because of that, Crazy had Emotion freeze the new dark green dragon shortly before she grew up. If Small Chaos had grown into an adult, she would have destroyed the clan's territory as well as most of the country around them with her violent tendencies. Crazy knew she had to be contained as much as possible, but did not have the heart to kill her.
