Magma Dragons are capable of withstanding the intense temperatures of their element. They live in volcanic regions, their bodies coated in the red hot magma which clings to their scales. They must leave the lava fields in order to hunt, although they require surprisingly little food to sustain their lumbering mass.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

This dragon loves to push melting rocks around in lava to spell out messages. He is not very artistic, so his attempts at setting the rocks out to make pictures are generally poor. Nevertheless, he has fun arranging them and then showing off what he did to dragons passing by.

His mate found him particularly romantic when he arranged a heart and the words, "You make my heart roar with fire!" in the rocky magma just for her.
