Royal Blue dragons are a nocturnal breed who prefer to live high in the mountains near slow-moving water that reflects the night sky. Although quite capable of defending themselves, they are peaceful by nature and will avoid a fight whenever possible.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

WistfulDreamer is, as her name suggests, a dreamer. She likes the night and goes out of her way to always watch the sunrise, signifying the end of her waking hours and the beginning of her peaceful rest, though there have been occurrences where she has foregone the Royal Blue's principle of sleeping during the day and has stayed up instead, watching the sky bleed into beautiful cerulean colours before melting into the peach-purple of the sunset. Throughout the night, she pays attention to the stars, picking out constellations and trying to enthuse her fellow breed's dragons into watching the stars with her—unfortunately, she has failed on multiple occasions.

She is rather skittish, and jumps at the slightest of sounds, but gets heavily entranced by nature, which is possibly the cause of her not really having any friends.
