Blacktip Dragons are a small, shore-dwelling breed that tend to nest on sheer ocean side cliffs. They live in groups under a dominant female, who prevents her subordinates from breeding. During the mating season, a group of Blacktips can be very noisy and smelly indeed; males produce a distinctive musky odor and loud, low-pitched honking noises in an attempt to woo the alpha female.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

WhiteSands was born as a gentle and submissive dragon. Despite the scroll-bearer being a male, he looked up to him as a human with dominance. The hatchling liked to play with the sand near the shores, but would never wander far away from the human. At one time, the scroll-bearer realized the commotion at the ocean side cliffs and noticed the Blacktip dragons' breeding system. Not wanting the hatchling to live in that life, WhiteSands was isolated to shores far away from the cliffs, having only the human and a few other creatures to interact with it. When it had reached adulthood, he was ready to live on his own and eventually bred with species other than Blacktips. Still, whenever the scroll-bearer visited the coasts, WhiteSands will always somehow find his way to the human, honking happily as he played around the sand nearby. Often, he will bring fresh fish to the scroll-bearer as an offering.
