Pillow Dragons are covered in enormous amounts of fur affectionately referred to as fluff. Despite their deceivingly large size, they can still fly even with such tiny wings because their bodies are remarkably light. Pillow Dragons have a habit of sleeping for up to eighteen hours a day, waking only in short bursts. During their few waking hours, they take the time to hunt for prey. Once a pillow dragon becomes an adult, its fur grows very slowly. Pillow dragon fur is used to make very expensive and valuable cloth known as “dragon cashmere.”

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Upside-Down-Ursula was so named due to her being almost permanently on her back.  Although a breed trait among Pillow Dragons Ursula seems particularly keen on sleeping.  Her owner often tries yelling at her to wake her for feeding but this hardy ever works.  Often the only useful tool for waking Ursula is the clanging of a gong. She hunts for only one hour per week due to extreme lethargy.  The rest of the time she is spoon fed by her owner and eats anything and everything. When she is awake she loves cuddles and warm baths with sweet smelling herbs.  She usually gets straight back to sleep after a bath as her fur gets brushed afterwards and this has a sedative effect.  One annoying trait about Ursula is she has a tendency to fall asleep in the oddest places.  One day her owner came home to find her hanging from the ceiling, snoring in a herb rack.  She then put her back out trying to get Ursula down from there.
