Well, the chick grew up into a chicken, but you’re still not sure how the egg got into that cave...

Nobody is really sure why Peeps lives among the dragons, but they tolerate her in the same way that one might tolerate an odd relative.  She usually steals a few pecks of whatever food they bring back to the cave, and she uses their shed skins, scales and hair to line her nest.  (She has even snatched a coin or two.)  Being surrounded by so many flying creatures, she has managed a weak version of flight herself, but her good living and abundant food supply have taken their toll on that.  She is too chubby to do more than glide a short distance.
