White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Rinjii grew up as a normal white dragon. That is, until the village elder asked him to become his apprentice. The elder knew that his time was coming. Though he knew not how or when, he had to choose a young dragon to take his place. Rinjii spent the next years of his life learning under the elder's watch. He learned how to make tonics and perfumes, he learned which plant was okay to eat and which were poisonous. When the elder was killed by a cloaked assassin, Rinjii knew more than most of those twice his age. He took upon the lead role in the village and has stayed that way ever since.
