White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Angel of Ankh, Angel, did the most awful thing she could ever picture. When she was young, she was betrothed to a young silver shimmerscale of prestigious descent. She'd fallen head over heels for him, for he was as elegant as a agile wildcat: muscular and strong, yet airy and graceful. And he was sweet too, sweet like honey, sweet like plums, like sugar, like, like nothing Bianca could dream of. But he was all that—he did not remain so. But they were married, and it didn't matter that she had marks on her back, it didn't matter that he yelled at her sometimes, it didn't matter that she was scared to come home in the evenings. She loved him. She bore his child, another glorious figure to boast about, a part of his divine lineage. But as soon as she laid the egg, he screamed. He told her to be rid of it. He had wanted a shimmerscale, one of his own, but instead he got a despicable, ugly "alien." Alien, he had called it. And so she did, and the egg was gone before anyone could blink.
