Magi Dragons are, as their name suggests, primarily magic users. They rarely use physical forms of attack. They eat anything they can kill, which is almost everything. They won’t kill unprovoked except when hunting, although they may kill humans if in danger. Their strong magic makes them one of the most feared breeds of dragons.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Hecate is one of the most feared of all the Posluga (servants to the dragons of the High Family) in the Mountains of Elgar. Her ability over magic and her cruel and sadistic personality make her a vicious enemy for the other living things in Elgar, even those also within the Posluga. As an egg she was discovered by the Hellfire named Nyx. Deemed worthy to serve the High Family by Chaos, the cold-hearted leader of the High Family, Hecate grew under the care of Ouranos, father-figure of the Family. Upon growing her wings, Hecate was left to live in her own cave on the plateau of the mountain Oulerun (home for the High Family and Posluga). Even as a hatchling, Hecate was cold and distant to the other dragons on the mountain. To this day she answers only to Chaos and occasionally Nyx, wielding her power over magic with an iron heart and little care for those not in the High Family or Posluga. In the Posluga, Hecate is the representation of Magic in its darkest form.
