Pink Dragons are primarily herbivores and only eat meat during the mating season, when mates will exchange kills. When it is not breeding season, pink dragons spend most of their time incubating eggs and caring for their clan’s young. Due to their feminine color, it was traditionally thought that pink dragons were a strictly female breed, but this is not true.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Meiling was raised by humans as she'd been abandoned when only an egg. The most plausible reason is that her father was a wicked black dragon and rejected the eggs in the lot that were not like him, but whatever the reason she grew up very much apart from other dragons. Once she'd grown her wings, the gentle and kindhearted dragon abandoned the human settlement that had been her childhood home. This was not because she disliked them, simply it was for the better. Not long after, she met Ning and- though Spindell Moonowl had been quite adamant about courting her- chose the white dragon as her lifelong mate. The two then joined a band of migratory dragons of all kinds, Ning serving as a healer and her taking over the task of caring for the clan's eggs and hatchlings.
