Antarean Dragons are peaceful creatures shrouded in mystery. They are primarily found in the desert where they get most of their energy from sunbathing. Their most notable traits are their highly reflective manes and the mysterious light emitted by their scales which fades from bright, nearly blinding yellow-white into dim red as the dragons get older. Legend claims that they are otherworldly beings that came to this world when a meteor struck.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Terikae loves to preen his wings and mane, thinking of himself as an excellent example of the importance of good self-care and grooming. As it is, there aren't that many admirers he can find in the desert sands, so most of the time he just imagines how he would court potential female dragons he might meet. He can lose himself for hours in pretend conversations while he sunbathes, thinking up mannerisms, hobbies, and even favorite foods for the imaginary female dragons. His older brothers think he's kind of weird, but Terikae just insists that he wants to be ready to be charming for any sort of dialogue.
