This is a baby chick, not a dragon. So what was it doing in the dragons’ cave?

Penguino is a bit of an anomaly in this dragon cave since she is a chicken instead of a dragon. One of the dragons brought a small egg in one day, and promptly proclaimed that whatever hatched out of it would be forever named "Penguino", because she was certain that it was a penguin egg. Of course the cave has since discovered that she was mistaken, but she is undeterred, and has convinced herself that this is just an unusual looking penguin, but a penguin no less.
