When Water Dragons mature, they lose the ability to survive on land, entering the water permanently. They are adept swimmers and eat whatever fish are in the lake they live in. They tend to inhabit the same lake for their entire lives, although a few live in the ocean and swim all over the world.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

One fine April morning, the esteemed dragon tamer known as Lagie was walking the shoreline when she saw a most... unusual young water dragon. It was lulzing. It was writing on other dragon's faces. It was exceedingly, undeniably obnoxious. In other words, it was an awful lot like another dragon tamer she knew...

Plucking up the demented young beast, Lagie traveled to the cave of the sorceress called ADP, and presented her with the excitable creature. ADP was elated, and thanked Lagie heartily--but the rest of the world did not. Oh no, it did not. For where there used to be only one ADP-like being now there were TWO, running amok, tipping over blusangs, writing stories with fifty attractive male characters for every female, laughing psychotically all the while. People can only pray that Lagie will someday realize the depths of her mistake and go put an end to the monsters she helped create...
