Brute Dragons are among the larger dragon breeds. They prefer to live in solitude or small groups, nesting in high, mountainous regions. The only time they openly seek the company of others is during the mating season, when males will fight for the attention of females. The thunderous crash of Brute Dragons butting horns against each other in competition for mates can be heard nearly a mile away.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Kurste was hatched on a new moon, the castle shrouded in pitch black. The caretakers thought it was a bad omen, the hatchling's rather dark colors (even for the breed) just egging on their suspicions. She was cast from the group and raised alone by a sole caretaker who still saw good inside the young one's heart. Czef gave the Brute a chance to prove she was better than what others believed, knowing how it felt to be outcast by others and looked at like some sort of freak, him being an Albino. However, the influence of the lead Brute, Tyrus, corrupted her ideas, and it was inevitable that she soon became a leading authority under the Castle Master's control. Despite all this though, she still has a soft spot to those considered taboo.
