Green Dragons are also sometimes called “earth” dragons. They usually live deep within caves, and have power over the earth. They are capable of launching boulders at high speeds, and can cause earthquakes by slamming down onto the ground.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. Chikyuu Ryuu or "Ryuu" for short is one of the first dragons who was adopted from the abandon area when they were already young hatchlings. Ryuu has always been protective and compared to other dragons of the same breed.

His owner wanted him to feel comfortable in his new home, so he has got an own deep space where he can hide if he wants to. When his little adoptive brother hatched, Chikyuu Ryuu took care of him, so that the owner of these two Earth Dragons had enough time for the other eggs and hatchlings.

Chikyuu Ryuu is a Japanese name, which contains of the two words "Earth" (Chikyuu) and "Dragon" (Ryuu).
