Paper Dragons are not truly living creatures. They are pieces of parchment enchanted by magic, and as such, are very vulnerable to fire. However, they behave almost like dragons. The only place where their behavior differs is breeding: paper dragons cannot breed.
User Description
Kami-Cut means 'paper cut'. She is often found with Kami-Bai because he is the only paper dragon she knows. She takes Kami-Bai as her 'big brother' of a sort and is often with him. If a dragon teases or taunts Kami-Bai for him being colored or painted on she will give them paper cuts, even if its a fire dragon. And, like her brother, she loves to be drawn on.
