Red Dragons are similar to typical story book dragons. They shoot flames, can fly, etc. However, they aren’t evil creatures as depicted in myths and won’t go around raiding castles, killing knights, or kidnapping princesses. They live in a variety of habitats, from forests to coastlines to abandoned castles, usually in warm climates, and eat whatever living creatures they can find.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Ten of Swords is so named because his father also bears a Tarot-inspired name and Lurhstaap wanted to continue the tradition with Ten. He is not utterly cold emotionally, but he is cool and aloof by red dragon standards, with a definite militaristic bent. He also has an unusual fondness for sharp bits of forged metal. With the help of the similarly weapon-loving black dragon Sardonyxiar, Ten has used his fire-magic to forge special blades which can be fastened to his tail, wing-edges, limb joints, and horns. Ten seems to lack much value for his own life sometimes. Other times he becomes infuriated and acts as if every wound is a mortal threat (then destroys the source of the wound accordingly in a blaze of vengeance.) Though he fights with an oddly bitter zeal, in general his style is vicious but effective. The Breedery's other warriors quietly agree that a dragon like Ten is hard to deal with, but better to have on your side than the enemy's.
