Holiday dragons are a very mysterious breed. They are only seen during winter, and even then it is hard to catch a glimpse of one. They are responsible for the general cheer that spreads during the holidays. In essence, they are the “Spirits of Winter.”

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Zeelon was flying around the Christmas Tree in the great cave, wrapping garlands of gold, silver, and bronze around it. He put a touch of Christmas Cheer in various places. Finally, all the dragons finished the decorating and it was time for the great honor of putting the star on top of the tree. A hatchling was picked and it was Zeelon's job to fly it up so it could place the star. Zeelon landed in front of the crowd. The hatchling came up with the delicate star and climbed onto his back. Zeelon soared to the top and the hatchling placed the star. Then he flew back down, set the hatchling down gently and stood back to admire the beautiful tree. It was the most beautiful tree he had ever seen. And, in his opinion, it was even better that all the dragons, little and big, had worked together in perfect harmony to decorate it. Everyone was happy and so was he.
