Storm Dragons are the masters of the skies. They are excellent fliers and land only to rest and eat. In addition, they have full control of the weather. They are very hot-tempered and easily angered. They will attack any human that bothers them, conjuring strong winds and dangerous lightning.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Even though she is not successful, Sulktora (called Sulky by her friend Arye) tries hard at everything she does. She is currently mastering the ways of controlling lightning for element wars with her fellow dragons, such as the fires and waters. She developed crush on the gold Xythus when he was noble and not evil-hearted, and once summoned enough courage to ask him if he would be her mate. Xythus told her politely that he was not particularly searching for a mate and, quite unintentionally, left her crushed. When not with Ayre, Sulky used to hang out with Xythus, before the day he disappeared into the life of a shadow. Sulktora often wonders what happened to him, and if she will ever be worthy enough for a mate.
