Green Dragons are also sometimes called “earth” dragons. They usually live deep within caves, and have power over the earth. They are capable of launching boulders at high speeds, and can cause earthquakes by slamming down onto the ground.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Emeraldan's scales shimmer with every color of the green spectrum that an emerald can come in.  She has delicately translucent-seeming wing membranes, and enjoys sculpting the stones of the cave she shares with Coelubris' other dragons to a beautiful fresco of stone.  She also ensures that there is plenty of room for all of them within the caverns they have chosen to dwell within.
