Candelabra Dragons are a spectacular sight against the dark midnight sky. The glowing orbs that decorate their golden wings can be seen from far away and give them the unparalleled brilliance they are recognizable for. Proudly earnest, Candelabra Dragons will often go to extreme lengths to protect those close to them, even giving their lives to rescue a loved one from peril. However, they do not take lightly the breaking of a promise, and have been known to unleash a furious wrath when betrayed.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. Auruk'in is awed by many when she flies around at night, for the orbs on her wings decorate the night sky. The village children often enjoy watching her soar elegantly, and often they give her gifts in the form of lanterns and candles which she accepts. She takes her loyalty seriously, and she will defend any of who she considers her to be close. She can often be seen with Volatile Newt, whom she considers her best friend.
