Daydream Dragons are the hosts of daydreams and fantasies. They spend the majority of their time sitting on clouds, dropping daydreams down into the minds of people passing by. Humans who live near Daydream Dragons must be especially careful not to let their thoughts wander, or they could end up spending hours or even days in a trance-like waking dream state.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Ryuujinine is a very vein dragon. He feels that he is some how better then the other dragons of the cave. He doesn't like to lift his own weight and help out, yet prefers to slack off and let the other dragons serve him. He never does this when one of the higher ranking dragons are around, because he knows he would be punished if caught. But like the rest of the dragons, Ryuujinine has been asigned a job. He actually doesn't mind this job because all he has to do is stay awake and be the look out for the clan. He stays up in the sky and usually rests on a cloud while he is working. Some dragons call him lazy for this, but he always defends himself be claiming it's the best spot, with the best view. As long as he lifts his weight, The Alphas leave him be.
