Bright-Breasted Wyverns are a breed of dragon easily recognized by their bright red markings. They are a small breed, only the size of a full-grown man. However, they have developed poisonous barbs on their feet to make up for their size. Their coloration is used to warn off potential predators of the danger, and is also used to attract mates. They are very social, and can often be seen preening in large groups.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Erain J is the most bizarre dragon in the IFNT pact. It is not only his looks—with bright, eye catching colors—but also his personality. Erain never stays put, and is always moving—dancing, jumping around, walking aimlessly, squishing other dragons, or just fidgeting—and annoys other dragons. However, because he is always smiling, laughing, and most of all polite, Erain is a happy virus wherever he goes. Plus, Starcall admonishes Erain when out of control, so there is at least some sort of moderation.

There have been observations of bold intercourses with wild female dragons that Erain seemed to be interested in. Ironically, he becomes coy in front of dragons that he is not familiar with.

It has been observed that Erain is always next to Tiger like best friends. However, Erain is the moderation for Tiger's ambitions and always gives Tiger the spotlight for the accomplishment they've achieved together.

Erain is officially the Kriss tribe's happy virus.
