Guardian Dragons have large shields on the end of their tails. Although the shields appear to be heavy, they are light, yet nearly unbreakable. Guardian Dragons use their tail-shields, as well as their wings, to deflect attacks and protect others. Often, they will guard the eggs and hatchlings of a nest while others are away. They are generally peaceful, and will not retaliate unless necessary. They have no need to forage or hunt, as they are fed by those they protect.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Guardian Gatekeeper has a very pleasant personality on most occasions but she tends not to be very happy in the morning after waking up. Her duty is to watch over the eggs, and she does her job with pride and anticipation. She has a fairly characteristic personality of her species, but she does have a strange quirk that she becomes uncomfortable when anyone touches or even looks at her tail. This quirk seems to grow worse as she ages and slowly is taking over her life. She makes a great effort to hide her tail, but that is impossible because of its huge size. She turns around in shame when someone mentions it, even if it is another guardian dragon complimenting it. In the case when someone tries to steal an egg she completely forgets her shame and uses her tail skillfully when it matters most. Her quirk has also not affected her ability to see incoming danger yet.
