Sunbeam Drakes are the diurnal counterparts to Moonglow Drakes, their eggs having been laid during the daylight hours. They are around the size of a small dog, and while docile, can be flighty and easily startled. Most can be found high in treetops enjoying the bright sunlight, tucking themselves away at the first sign of a storm or impending nightfall. Sunbeam Drakes enjoy flying in the light of the sun, and their treetop dances are beautiful, dazzling, and serene.

Though it may appear at first that dragons and drakes have much in common, the two are completely separate species. Drakes are smaller and less intelligent than their cousin species, though both dragons and drakes sit comfortably near the top of the food chain. They are always found bearing antlers and leathery wings. Drakes share many of the same habitats that dragons do, and typically hunt in packs.

User Description

Sunlight Brilliance is a dragon in the Hoarding Faction from the Sunlight Draco Cave.  Working as a hoarder, she doesn't go outside much, and doesn't spend much time with the other dragons.  She is beautiful nevertheless, and she has many male dragons mooning over her.  It is true that, in fact, thanks to her colors, she would have no trouble blending in with the treasures she works so hard to organize.  Though she spends time counting treasure and such, her main job is to keep a roster of all the treasures in the hoard and to assist other dragons and finding items.  She is very quiet, but no one could ever say she doesn't work as hard as she possibly can at her job.
