Vampire Dragons are members of the undead. They sustain themselves by drinking the blood of others. It is said that they are only “alive” at night, and seem dead or asleep during the day, as they cannot endure sunlight for long periods of time. Vampire Dragons can only reproduce by changing the eggs of other dragons, puncturing the shell with their fangs and injecting venom that kills the baby inside.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Once a descendant from the skies, he is now but a repulsive, and vicious bloodsucking monster on the constant hunt to feed and thrive. With his incredible strength and dexterity he flourished well, he has nothing to fear and nothing would rise against him and his might. Traversing alone, he had come upon a pale and weakened vamp struggling to survive. He watched in curiosity as the dragon intruded an occupied cave and attempted to scare off the dragons to feast on the eggs, but she was just too weak and deprived of energy to fight off the protective parents. Nivarr quickly leaped in and frightened them off so that the weaken dragon could feed. She was very grateful for his generosity so she followed him wherever he went and they began hunting together, often adopting other vampires and hatchlings that struggled or roamed alone. Together all of these dragons formed a clan, an unusual sight for a solitary species. The Bloodfang Clan, as humans have came to know and fear from the legends.
