Seasonal Dragons take on the characteristics of the season during which they are born. Thus, eggs that are laid in spring match the pink flowers and green buds of spring, and those that are laid in the summer grow to depict the bright green of the forest trees and the yellow of the sun. Eggs laid in autumn display the bright colors of leaves falling from trees, and those that are laid during winter take on the appearance of the icy snow.

Vinny, when he reached adulthood, was inspired by a spring dragon Krake Ch du. He saw how this dragon created a wondrous place full of spring blooms. So Vinny went to an empty den next to Krake Ch du's and started his hard work on an ever lasting winter wonder land. It's hard to maintain but he made silver park. Because the two parks are next to each other, he makes Sakura park have a soft beautiful snow fall and in turn Sakura parks petals fall into Silver park. It is a wondrous combination.
