And look! It has grown wings! It must be close to maturing.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Hold My Hand is fascinated by her 'boys'. She flirts with the male hatchlings left and right, fluttering her wings and occasionally making gifts of her stray petals. Though she loves teasing her crowd of followers, she's never serious about romantic pursuits; she's much more interested in treating them as friends, and can be quick to drop her feminine air in order to suggest that they have a play-fight in the lake. Angst is in love with her to a terrible degree.
