Black Dragons are warriors. They are strong and capable in battles of force, but also ample magic users, capable of devastating opponents with their spells. Their bright eyes give them excellent night vision, which is why they generally hunt during the night.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Soul of a Shadow is one of the few dragons that live in the more darker regions of Cheeya. As if he has no mercy at all, he will kill on command. He loves to hunt, and his favourite food is Elk. He lives in a fairly warm place, just behind the Black Snow Mountains, his territory lies just days to the Simaran Jungle. This makes it hard to patrol his borders, because of the thick jungle on the other side. It is hard to live in Soul of a Shadow's territory, for so few dragons live with him, and the major climate change is dangerous for Dark Dragons like him. But, he is a pure warrior, and will always stay that way.
