This breed of dragon results from eggs or hatchlings that have been neglected. They are usually rebellious, not obeying their masters, sometimes even attacking them. However, their neglect as a hatchling leaves them crippled, and they are weak compared to other breeds, causing them to stay with their masters for protection.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Tere Tulemast is a rather strange dragon. Neglected as a hatchling, she has grown to be rebellious and never follows orders. Tere does what she wants, when she wants, where she wants, except for one little thing. Tere sits at the entrance of the Cave, and whenever an unknown dragon passes by, she always sings "Tere seal, reisija!" even if she understands that no one knows what she's saying. Still, it makes Tere happy.

Tere has always been the weakest from them all, but this only makes the others defend the poor one even more than others. She's fed first to show respect for her, if she's going for a flight, someone always follows to make sure she's safe. The comfiest place in the cave belongs to her. The Neglected is rather surprised about this, however she accepts.

Tere is really fond of sweet things. Her favourite treat is honey, which she sometimes steals from the group's storage. No one knows of this.

All in all, Tere mostly does what she wants, but her welcomer job makes her happy.
