Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. It perfectly depicts spring weather.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Everlasting change. At least, the memory of her changes scar for life. She's one of the most prominant changers there are. After all, she can even change gender, even if only for a minute. Only in spring will her magics work, however. As soon as the petals on the trees are fruit, the moment that the new life turns lush and green, anyone she's charmed will return to normal.

His mind is strange, though. There's no real pattern, just a childish want for fun. Her favorite thing to do, besides play, is change the gender of unsuspecting ones, usually when they're scantily clothed. It's a game for her, and it hones in her skills.

She changes who she wants to. It's not a job to her,  it's fun! She could do it all the time, bring upon change that scars the mind and won't leave. But she can't. Only once a day, unless she saves and then binges—She's not that powerful. It annoying, but she doesn't care anymore.
