Pink Dragons are primarily herbivores and only eat meat during the mating season, when mates will exchange kills. When it is not breeding season, pink dragons spend most of their time incubating eggs and caring for their clan’s young. Due to their feminine color, it was traditionally thought that pink dragons were a strictly female breed, but this is not true.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Morgandria FateHatch (after the gemstone: Morganite) became the 90th Clan Mystal dragon, the second Pink dragon from the Lady Steph's clan, shortly following Morganther. During the journey to the clan cave, and in a strange twist of timing and fate, her egg began to crack and she emerged from the broken shell just moments before reaching the cave entrance. She shares a similar honor and pride as her clan brother for her part in the arrangement between the two clans, but seems less than entirely at peace. She does not agree with the practice of trading offspring, and has made her position well known to the clan elders that she will never support another such clan to clan agreement. She does, however, look forward to the time each year when the two clans come together to celebrate and share news. Morgandria spends most of her time tending to the clan egglings, although she enjoys friendly debates with the Clan Mother; not that she truly disagrees, she simply finds the activity amusing!
