Sunrise Dragons are closely related to sunset dragons. However, their behaviors differ greatly. Sunrise Dragons prefer to live in large groups and enjoy basking in the early morning sun. They are usually most active in the morning, and go to sleep in the early evening.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Haniya used Cliffshore as a temporary shelter in her travels; she was set to find her lost tribe and child. But at the very same time when she was about to leave, a human came to the castle; that was none other than Eredale. Haniya spoke to humans very rarely, but something in that person lured her, causing her to tell him her story. Surprisingly, the human offered her to stay; in return, he offered help in the search for her tribe, and promised freedom to leave in case of success. Almost given up on her search, she didn't mind: the shore gave magnificent colors to the morning waters, and she enjoyed the scenery a lot.
