Feisty and energetic, Whiptail Dragons pride themselves on their speed and agility. It is not unusual to see several whiptails racing each other. Though fragile, they can easily evade attacks with their superior speed, and often use their long tails as a weapon, giving rise to their name.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Tail of Speeding Lizard is part of a trio of friends. Tail of speeding Lizard, Speed is Thy Name, and whiplash at Noon are all whiptail dragons who love to run as much as the others of their species. She is a charismatic dragon with a very forceful, dynamic personality. She's very sarcastic and flirty, but is also a reliable shoulder to lean on during tough times. She helped Speed come to terms with her injury, and protects her friends from stronger dragons.
