Flamingo Wyverns are so named for their resemblance to the tropical birds with whom they often share territory. Their most striking feature is the bony black crest over their faces and snouts, smaller in females, aiding both in digging up food and protection from attack. Females are noticeably brighter than males due to their habit of not straying far from particularly algae-rich feeding grounds.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Sati is one of the many daughters of Hakumei and Tsukimi. She was raised in one of her mother's largest clutches ever, ten hatchlings. She was raised alongside her brothers Kalyan, Ahsan Raksha,Voz, Bijay, and Bijoy; and her sisters Kanti, Aditi, Casy, and Caxy. Sati was found wandering with Aditi, Casy, Caxy, and Voz; who were found and brought home by their new family. Sati means "Truthful", and honestly, she's never told a lie in her life; she's just never seen the point. She's a very sweet dragon, who always puts her loved ones first. She loves nothing more than to spend her days with her family, especially Heisui, her handsome mate. They were introduced by her brother Voz, who thought that the sweet and romantic dragon would be perfect for his little sister. It was a match made in heaven. Hesui is so sweet and romantic, always telling her how he loves her; and Sati loves nothing more than to spend time with him. They are soul mates, and look forward to spending eternity together.
