When Water Dragons mature, they lose the ability to survive on land, entering the water permanently. They are adept swimmers and eat whatever fish are in the lake they live in. They tend to inhabit the same lake for their entire lives, although a few live in the ocean and swim all over the world.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Loving gardening every bit as much as her mother, Cascariz has nonetheless had a few problems with pursuing her florist career. Oh, it's not that she's not talented--she's very talented--it's just, well... she's a water dragon! Initially daunted and depressed by her state of affairs, her life was turned entirely around one windy, blessed day. Sobbing near the shoreline, she was quite surprised when the most beautiful flower she had ever seen bumped against her side. What was most surprising about it wasn't its beauty, however, but rather the fact that it was aquatic! Amazed by the little flower, she surged up the river to find its source, and discovered a whole grove of lotuses--and her purpose in life. Now the most skilled gardener of aquatic flora for miles around, the beautiful flowers she rears have graced countless ponds and pools, and the lotuses she breeds are truly second to none.
