Sunset Dragons are closely related to sunrise dragons. However, their behaviors differ greatly. Sunset Dragons generally live alone or in small packs. They are more active in the evening, hunting and performing all of their daily tasks as the sun sets.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Wesker is a cold-hearted and manipulative dragon. He only does things to further his own plans, and he has a plan for just about everything, and he'll follow his plan through regardless of what might happen, acting as though he had expected just that outcome in the first place (and he very well might have).

The only thing that Wesker can't predict is Chris. Idiotic, stupid, ne'er-do-wrong Chris the freakin' hero. Wesker hates Chris because none of his plans ever go right when Chris is involved.  Like his attempt to wipe out his old clan (which included Chris). Chris managed to not only prevent his attempted genocide, but also managed to nearly kill Wesker through some feat of extreme luck. This enraged Wesker, but Wesker knows better than to just rush into something blindly. He's still plotting out how he's going to wipe out the rest of his clan...and especially CHRIS...
