Red Dragons are similar to typical story book dragons. They shoot flames, can fly, etc. However, they aren’t evil creatures as depicted in myths and won’t go around raiding castles, killing knights, or kidnapping princesses. They live in a variety of habitats, from forests to coastlines to abandoned castles, usually in warm climates, and eat whatever living creatures they can find.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

With vim, vigor, and all the passion implied by his breed, Firehawk Prime fills the position of the fifth-hatched dragon in MBlackwood's brood. He is youthful in all he does, almost to a fault, taking pratfalls and performing mind-bending mid-air maneuvers whenever he gets the chance. He does this partly to do his share in keeping the hatchlings entertained, but mostly to satisfy his adolescent-minded ego. The more eyes are trained on him, the happier Firehawk is. Bonus points if he also gets to show off the firebreathing tricks he develops himself.

At first, he was contemptuous of the Keeper—mostly because she had refused to act impressed with his delinquent behavior—but he seems to have developed a moderate respect for her after she tirelessly helped Medicus nurse him through a nasty bout of dragon flu. When the need arises, Firehawk Prime may be persuaded to give the Keeper a ride on his back to retrieve supplies for Medicus or the brood as a whole from the nearest village.
