White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Susie Campbell is a dragon with a penchant for singing and dancing, her favorite hobbies. She has a winning personality and is kind at heart, but is sometimes jealous of her best friend, Alice Angel. They're nearly identical, from their singing voices to their ability to befriend almost any living dragon, but Alice just seems to get more attention than her.

Despite this, she's better friends with Sammi Lawrence, often getting tips and pointers from him about her singing and constant encouragement to pursue her lofty dreams. Her uncanny ability to mimic Alice's voice has gotten them mixed up quite a few times, which she tries not to use to her advantage to ruin Alice's reputation. They are best friends, after all—and Susie is often ashamed of her own jealousy.

Susie and Alice often perform together, with their near-identical voices and ability to dance, and she hopes to one day make it big in Valkemare. Until then, however, she's glad to share the spotlight with Alice.
