White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Curious and intelligent, Darren is much like his scientific father, Darien Dorkface.  He spends his time discovering new species and getting familiar with them, too.  He is rather open-minded, and some of his ideas cause skepticism among other dragons.  Darren is most famous for discovering the Sillsall Fish, whose scales have powerful healing powers, much like those of the white dragon.
