Holiday dragons are a very mysterious breed. They are only seen during winter, and even then it is hard to catch a glimpse of one. They are responsible for the general cheer that spreads during the holidays. In essence, they are the “Spirits of Winter.”

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Blizzard is a Winter Magi under the command of Glimmer. He and his brother, Storm, are responsible for the annual snowfall that occurs in the cave when the Holidays arrive. He and Storm wait until the dragons are asleep, then they fly silently over their scroll-mates' heads, creating small flurries of snow which gradually grow as morning arrives.

Blizzard is impulsive and headstrong, and doesn't give a second thought when diving into action. His motto and everyday reminder to his comrades is, "If you look first, you may not leap." He seems to get into trouble everyday, in which Glimmer enjoys torturing him with terrible punishments afterward. Often, Blizzard will abandon the punishments and go cause more trouble, much to his fellow Holiday dragons' dismay.

He and his brother are very different. Storm is a paranoid freak, according to Blizzard. He likes tricking his brother, sometimes to the point of a panic attack. But the two are usually seen together, unless he is tricking someone.
