Black Dragons are warriors. They are strong and capable in battles of force, but also ample magic users, capable of devastating opponents with their spells. Their bright eyes give them excellent night vision, which is why they generally hunt during the night.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Mithos Darkwing was almost completely ignored as an egg, until he felt someone pick him up, and someone watching him. The feeling was so strong that he finally broke out of his egg, and saw that he was in the center ring of a circus!

The ringmaster yelled at him to perform or change or turn or something like that, Mithos doesn't remember exactly. Hundreds, thousands of people were staring at him and chanting the same thing. What were any of them even talking about Turn Turn which direction

The audience lost interest; the ringmaster became upset and chased Mithos away. Mithos saw someone in the distance walking with another black dragon hatchling, so he mustered his bravery and got closer. This human was a nice one, playing tug-of-war with the other hatchling. Mithos wanted to play too, but the other humans were so mean...

The nice human tossed out a bit of meat from his sandwich towards Mithos, who gobbled it up. Quickly after that, they became friends.
