This breed of dragon results from eggs or hatchlings that have been neglected. They are usually rebellious, not obeying their masters, sometimes even attacking them. However, their neglect as a hatchling leaves them crippled, and they are weak compared to other breeds, causing them to stay with their masters for protection.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

"The King of Amthil desires for his collection a sickness spirit of lore," the men had told him, laughing, when the dragon had first asked why he must live in a cage. "Be proud, for perhaps you shall be one!"

Then had come darkness, and starvation, and cruel spears and brands stuck through the bars of his prison. Many of the other young dragons housed beside him had died. Yet he had lived, and misery had worked black magic to turn his fair scales to sickly green skin. In triumph he was delivered to the King of Amthil, and caged alongside many other dragons in his fair gardens. Many of the beasts were too wretched to pay the newcomer any mind, but one--a white dragon--had attempted uselessly to heal him from afar.

When the king at last met a fitting end, the dragons wrested free of their prisons and fled, scattering into a world they did not understand or remember. Yet the white dragon and the green together remained, a strange and faltering love rising through the ashes of nightmare.
