Sweetlings are a small, flightless breed of dragon. They are omnivores who favor sweet fruits and honey, and have been known to go to great lengths to obtain their favorite treats. Their long, prehensile tails allow them to grab onto branches and give them superior balance. Sweetlings are expressive dragons and have a large array of calls to communicate with others. They become very vocal during breeding season and sing long, beautiful melodies to attract a mate. Inquisitive in nature, Sweetlings are known to investigate anything that piques their interest, and are quick to flee if the object of their curiosity strikes back.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Mehron keeps an extensive collection of maps as his hoard, some from other lands and worlds and some so ancient that it is difficult to tell where one geographical border ends and a stain begins. But the jewels of his collection are the maps he's drawn himself detailing locations of his favorite treats. Why spend years wandering Galsriem aimlessly when he can draw up a set of directions -- time is candy, as he likes to say.

Of course, his own maps are hardly accurate as Mehron has terrible vision and his paws are constantly shaking from the sheer amount of sugar he consumes on a daily basis, but that doesn't seem to make a difference. Somehow they still guide him consistently to candy even though they look more like works of art than functional maps. Or maybe his memory is just unusually sharp, in which case he'd be better off selling them to art collectors and buying candy outright. But Sweetlings are never ones to take the easy way out and Mehron is living proof.
