Paper Dragons are not truly living creatures. They are pieces of parchment enchanted by magic, and as such, are very vulnerable to fire. However, they behave almost like dragons. The only place where their behavior differs is breeding: paper dragons cannot breed.

Ridiculous Paperback has been trying to invent a method of communication other than telepathic speech.  He thinks it'd be a good idea if dragons could communicate with each other by using drawn markings to represent different things and ideas.  So far, he's invented markings for dozens of words and devised a way to draw these markings using branches tipped with plant dye.  However, Ridiculous Paperback is having problems figuring out just what these markings should be drawn onto.  Dirt, or the bark of trees, maybe.  Somehow, he always gets the feeling that the perfect solution is right under his nose.
