Moonstone Dragons are named after the orb on their tails, which resembles the gem of the same name. They are nocturnal and gather energy through the absorption of moonlight with their orbs. They seem to glow with a lunar light and are a very gentle breed, feeding off of plants and the moons’ power.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Moonlight is a gentledragon: he enjoys wooing the nocturnal females with his elegant dancing. No one is sure where he picked up the very human dance moves. Many think he watches galas and balls at night. He will mimic what he's seen and adjust so it works smoothly when done by a dragon.

He hasn't won the heart of any of the females quite yet, for he is the only Moonstone in the clan. He waits patiently for a gentle female to grace him with her hand in dance.
