Holiday dragons are a very mysterious breed. They are only seen during winter, and even then it is hard to catch a glimpse of one. They are responsible for the general cheer that spreads during the holidays. In essence, they are the “Spirits of Winter.”

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

His name means "Mint" in Japanese. He is the firstborn son of Shinzou and Kiki, and is his mother's pride and joy. He is a very happy dragon, especially around Christmas time. He loves to sing and dance, and spread the joy of the season. Also, he smells curiously of peppermint. He is a handsome dragon, and as such, many of the females in the colony wanted him as their mate. However, he couldn't seem to find the right girl. Then he met Mi. She was the most beautiful creature he'd ever seen, and he knew that she was the one. He asked her out, and was thrilled when she said yes. Their first date was on a bright sunny day, in a beautiful snow-filled meadow. One beautiful date soon turned into another, and another, and soon they were courting. They became mates on a crisp winter day. They love each other heart and soul, and they always will.
