Valentine eggs are only seen once a year. Adults’ mating seasons are very short, usually spanning a few weeks in the mid-to-late winter. These dragons were once reputed to be omens of good luck in love.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. Her name translates as "Beautiful Night" and Sera loves nothing more than enjoying spending time under the warm moonlit nights. She enjoys spreading love and good cheer to all the other dragons, often bringing sweet strawberries for the hatchlings or flowers which she often gives out to all the other dragons of the KT clan. Once a year Sera enjoys putting on quite the romantic evening for Padrone and his mate Padrona, babysitting the hatchlings so the two Guardian dragons can spend a quiet romantic evening under the moonlight.
